AI can turn an idea into a working iOS or macOS app remarkably quickly. That is a real achievement.

But a prototype that works in a demo is not necessarily ready for real users, the App Store, subscriptions, sensitive data, or continued development. As features accumulate, the code can become a patchwork of conflicting patterns, duplicated logic, fragile state, and fixes that create new problems elsewhere.

What I do

I take promising, rapidly built Apple-platform apps and turn them into dependable products—without automatically throwing everything away and starting again.

That can mean:

• Finding the architectural problems hidden beneath visible bugs
• Stabilizing navigation, state, concurrency, persistence, and networking
• Removing duplicated or contradictory implementations
• Improving performance, privacy, security, and accessibility
• Introducing tests and delivery safeguards where they provide real value
• Preparing the app for App Store review and production use
• Creating a foundation on which new features can be developed safely

The goal is not immaculate code for its own sake. The goal is a product that works reliably, can evolve without collapsing under its own weight, and is understandable to the people responsible for it.

I review the product, codebase, architecture, and current problems. I distinguish urgent risks from ordinary technical imperfections and identify what is already worth preserving.

2. Agree on what matters

You receive a straightforward assessment: what is working, what is fragile, what could prevent release or growth, and what I recommend addressing first.

3. Stabilize and improve

I work through the agreed priorities—refactoring where necessary, preserving momentum where possible, and validating that important improvements work in the real app.

4. Leave you with a stronger product

The result is not merely a cleaner repository. It is a more reliable app, clearer technical foundations, and a practical understanding of what should happen next.
