Keepsafe's product portfolio shared infrastructure across iOS, Android, and backend services. That made apparently local changes part of a wider system: legacy core logic affected multiple applications, synchronization crossed client and server boundaries, and build performance influenced how safely teams could iterate.

My contribution included evolving internal frameworks and core infrastructure, refactoring legacy logic, expanding unit-test coverage, and working on a custom synchronization engine between the mobile clients and Python backend services. I also improved CI/CD, build automation, and build times in the multi-app monorepo, while coaching the iOS team.

The engagement reinforced that delivery infrastructure is part of product architecture. Tests, builds, and synchronization protocols shape the pace and confidence of product work; treating them as secondary concerns simply moves their cost into every future change.
